Hi there i am looking to drop some weight by using the stuff i have now. i own an elliptical machine and a bowflex (that i dont even know how to use) the bowflex is this type http://prdscene7.dfxi.com/is/image/Nautilus/100153_1?qlt=95,0&wid=400 and the elliptical is i dunno a schwinn i think.. but uhh yeah, if u could give me some ideas on what i should do to drop some pounds
PS. i am 5′4 about 200lbs if that helps ?
